Who We Are

NDV Consulting is a Global telecom and technology advisory firm, and through its subsidiaries, NDV Brazil Advisory and NDV Ventures, provides market entry services for the Brazilian market, and venture capital services to start-ups, respectively.

Our Business

NDV Consulting LLC was founded in 2001 by Fernando Vasconez as a pure telecom strategy consulting practice.  As the Brazilian market developed, relationships solidified across multiple geographies, and opportunities to create value and build new businesses arose, NDV Ventures and NDV Brazil Advisory were soon formed to better serve our partners.

NDV Consulting has advised telecommunications companies from New Zealand, Haiti, UK, Brazil to Madagascar.
